If that's the case, aren't we losing nutrients when we slice up meat and poultry?

Yes, to a certain extent. By slicing up to even smaller pieces, the surface area for losing nutrients will be increased.

i do something similar too, but on a slightly larger scale. i chop my fish, sotong and stuff and pack into disposable plastic containers from SKP. get the size you need for one feeding. so everyday take one frozen conatiner out to defrost and then feed.

I used to do that bro but too much packing involved. For this, I just use the trays. Vary the amount by the number of cubes

Decided to share this as many bros complain of the trouble of feeding rays etc. So this is to show you guys how I do it.

I chop up kuning and sotong and fill them up into an ice cube tray (bought from Daiso). The bigger the hole the bigger the portion you can fill lah! I feed 3 cubes for my 4 rays. Also, you may wanna add any kind of vitamin supplement in there if you want to. I don't do it though.

Frozen and newly-filled tray side by side comparison.

Final product.

In the tank.

Om nom nom nom nom

Hope you guys benefit from this!
Good idea! Thanks for sharing
