Btw I find the noodle at 黄 记 in Depot Road nice, their char siew as well.
But prefer the dumpling at it fellow disciple at 115 bukit merah view nicer.
Heard their master has a daughter opens a stall too but don't t know where..

At Jalan Berseh, having 老两 ��脚冻 and kway chap。
Actually wanted to try the Kelantan Kway Chap but got abt 11 ppl in queue so give up

But their prawns, tastiest I have come across. Commendable.

I think the horfan made in Ipoh has some ingredient banned in Singapore. Without that, will not get that desired texture.

A local noodle factory ever import Ipoh water here to R and D. It did not work as expected. That is why I think it is not the water but other some secret ingredients.
