Ah Wing's Empress Market.
Hor fun Ipoh style not Ipoh standard. Will stick to their wtm in future. But their prawns, tastiest I have come across. Commendable. Deveined and fresh.

I think the horfan made in Ipoh has some ingredient banned in Singapore. Without that, will not get that desired texture.
