They are still quite small and swimming very fast...... quite difficult to take photo of them.... Anyway, got some photos but may not be good shots.

I got four pieces from JZX.

I don't have any adult Manacapuru Red Back Angelfish but I have adult Amapa Red Back Angelfish to show you. Different strain from different part of the river system but the Red Back is quite similar.... but body shape and appearance are different.

Yeap!! I already waited for 6 months until this batch. Wait no more and quickly grabbed 4 pieces.

Not too big....... but can say they are very stable since they are captive bred by German breeder. No need to acclimatize..... just quarantine for 2 hrs and threw into my tank with others. So far.... already 2 weeks... they are very active and eat a lot..... they will grow fast.

Hi bro,

I mixed them based on sizes.

In this tank, there are 4x mana , 1x SI and 1x Essequibo.

All are about 1.8" to 2.5" body size.

The biggest is Essequibo, very tame not bullying the smaller mana and also not being bullied.

SI is next biggest, sometimes chasing the smaller Mana but dare not to touch the Essequibo.

Mana are the smallest but not evil to be bulled by the SI, they'll fight back.

Basically, still harmony living together.

I have other strains, bigger sizes.... I observed that Altum is quite tame. Suriname is quite fierce. SI is fiercer than Altum but tamer than Suriname. I don't have Bigger Mana so not too sure about their temperamental. I maybe be wrong...... Maybe let master CheckerBox advise us since he ever bred all these strains except Altum.
