Other countries can't persecute najib as he is the head of state, only if he topples from power in Malaysia then able to file a criminal investigation on him... It seems very unlikely now, even Dr M also no power Liao, his own son also kena kicked out as MB

Let say Najib travels to overseas and the country that he visited has signed extradition treaties with the Swiss or US who issued a arrest order so will he be apprehended?

You can't prosecute a Head of State for any possible offences that were committed during him being Head of State

For example, u cannot prosecute Deng Xiao Ping for sending in troops to quell Tian An Men unrest

Because the country's system was moral and want to persecute him. Is Malaysia system up to that level?

Ok so other countries cannot prosecute a Head of State (HOS) or a former HOS for offences committed during his capacity as HOS.

In this case, it is only for M'sia to deal with him, provided he falls out of power and the future government prosecute him. Whether he will face his doing, is really for their own people to decide, and provided he doesn't manage to secure some immunity.

Thanks Barney.

Thought ever read that some HOS from Africa were wanted by international court for war crimes so not sure the same court is applicable for Na (拿) jib (进) case....

Anyway, see what Dr M going to do or can do with his son forced to resign as MB of Kedah.
Another big slap on Dr M.

Looks likes Najib has to step down first before he can be prosecuted. But most likely it would not happens as he will be busy "whitenung" while at the same time get others to be immersed in the same muddy water, greased their hands too.

Btw One of my friends in Malaysia told me that the title Tun is suppose to enjoy immunity from court.
But remember Tun Ling was being charged for corruption in the Port Dickson case.
