It is better to hv air pump for the aged water.It can get rid off the chlorine.
I hv a 3' tank for conditioned aged water for 5 days.
2) Guppies do not require any air pumps or filter, just a bare tank will do right?

Guppy can be kept with/without air pump.
However, it is advisable to provide air filtration by means of spoonge filter for the purpose of maintaining the water clean. Make sure you siphon out the unfinished food daily and if possible and time allow siphon outthe waste as well to reduce ammonia built up.
3) If i use a cannister filter, how often should wc be?
