according to my friend, the Loy San Juan owner, he says that labour is the biggest problem .....

nowadays unable to employ M'sians ..... most of them opted to go work in IR ...

As for china man, u need to employ 10 sgporeans to employ 1 china man ....
he says if he can get 10 sgporeans, he no need to employ china man already .....

How did those stalls operated by 50-100% china force get their 90% non china men quota? Must be some loopholes somewhere?

Lack of young blood, use robots is gov solution. Stop at two is failed policy. So is good gene marry good gene.

Good observation about PRC manned stalls
I remember a Wan Tan mee stall at old airport road, after hawkers centre upgrading reopened with PRCs.

The egg tarts from cmc video looks like if someone learn from utube one can make better ones. The egg tarts from people park hawker centre taste good though.

Egg tarts got two types. One the skin are layered while the other type easier to make is not layered.
