car loan vs coe loan
if I am correct, car loan is governed by this something rule no 72 , which let the interest of , say 2% on initial capital amt, till the last payment.
can anyone advise if loan for COE renewal, is it also based on this rule, or it is a decreasing interest, even if take up at some SGcarmart advertisement to loan for coe? thnks
