Bro kenneth and sicklid, want to enquire on why 2 of my ikolas fight with each other? Just 2 particular males, tank space is 4x20"x1.5.
Is it becoz of mating season or territorial fight? |

thanks! hmm yea with tropheus it is always rather frustrating, once in a while some fish can picked on or one refuses to eat, must constantly be on the look out for such individuals.very stressful..................... and i have lost my fair share of tropheus which is really too many to count................ |

It would be good if you could write a short article on tropheus breeding and document the progress of the fry. I am thinking of setting up a cichlid resource library in AF, and scouting for articles of real life experiences such as breeding cichlids, something original from members' experiences and not regurgitated from another website.

Haha i dun quite mind, the only problem is that there is a severe lack of details, eg i dun measure temperature of the water, pH, kH etc etc

Well those details would be good but even without them, you could describe tank decor, aggression, behaviour...speed of growth, feeding, etc......they are just as important if not more.
