Generally to have the minimum sum one has to stop financing housing loan by age 45 or lesser to start accumlate in OA a/c till age 60.
Our garment sell HDB to us and let us loan and repay till age 65 so save what??
Want to pay by age 45 got to buy 2 or 3 room flat how to have 3-5 kids in todays context?
its not an easy calculation question to answer so just be happy to have tanks at home and 3 meals a day.
