Default BlueBase XB

Just got this 10inch+ XB today.
Chipped scales can be seen, do i have to remove them?

Nice blue tone & congras to the new catch I'll leave the scales as it is first while waiting for the aro to get use to its new environment.

Ts, maintain good water parameters will do away the chipped scales thing.

Thanks bro, it was in a black tank environment previously, but i placed it in my white tank, might be transferring it to my other black oyama 422 soon.

bro, previously my foon lok, 6 years old goldie did experienced some chipped scales. That was about 3 years back.

What I did was : daily wc @30% for a month or so. Honest, after a short while, its scales are alright.

Pump it well.. will reward you..

As other bro said, maintain good water para.. the scale will heal.. concentrate to pump it well..Cheers!

Thanks, I bought it cause it had sumo potential, hasn't start feeding yet in the tank, hopefully will start eating soon
