Yes they need a chiller, a cooling fan will only work for the cooler months of the year. Topping up water due to evaporation might cause problems in the long run. There are many second hand chillers around if you don't want to spend too much, just have to be patient enough to camp out at the market place.

Poison lai liao lo I still love CRS over many other shrimps. No doubt the pure lines are even more mesmerizing, but maybe I like Red and White
