If one minister is paid one million, then 2 ministers in one ministry,
that ministry split the salary or each paid one million.
The budget come from where ?
Or it doesn't matter, since PM can appoint any number as ministers in the PM office, anyway

1) $0.80 for all MRT/Bus trip in a given time limit, after that will be 8 cent penalty per minute.
Objective: is to make everyone move faster.

2) $8.00 for all ERP gantry.
Objective: to make driver think if there is a need to pass during peak hours.

3) No more COE but custom duty will 8 times the car price, no parf rebate.
Objective: to reduce barrier for everyone to own a car, if he can afford it.
