Default Updated pics Aug 2009

I have since moved the pot of lotus to the side to create more swimming space and added an improvised pandan filter.


And the two biggest koi are about 28cm. They are the only two from the original inhabitants that survived all the culling and narural attritrion.

The cheap showa is biggest in here, the two kohaku didnt grow much.


New tancho to replace shiro muji.

ur fishy hv grow bigger so they goin to shift to NKF soon...

No lah, they are specially selected for me to enjoy from home, cant grow big one, that's why call mini koi... I'm actually experimenting to see how they adjust their growth according to the limitation of the environment.

Nice pond in the balcony, wouldnt the bio load from the kois, cause the water to turn green quickly?

The menware took the longest time to come out, in fact i nearly culled out this fella as i got abit tired of waiting...

Twice weekly water change and the pandan filter helps absorb the nitrates. I never had green water. Also we dun feed alot, just twice a day.
