Can try adding rays as they are bottom dwellers.

for SW, it should last about a week. Healthy ones are always actively moving with body always stretched out. try to ensure surrounding is dry, feed some green apples. Throw them away if they start to look shriveled and inactive. sometimes you can try changing your source of SW, buy from another LFS if your current one keeps dying. hope this helps |

Sounds like you have an aggressive aro. Think you got to get something tough, similar size or bigger to withstand the attack.

I had the same problem as you before. It kill a ray,3 Tin fold barbs , 2 oscar.
When introduced IT similar size to the aro, IT also kena whack but survived. My tank occupants are 14" XB, 1 sliver shark , 1 sucker , 8.5" IT , 6" IT and 4" IT. Put in more fast swimmer to mess up your aro sighting. |
