aoko is baby ranchu... which is black in colour.

Went Pasir Ris lot 35 this afternoon, one of the shop selling a pair of 4~5" top grade Thai black ranchu with excellent wen, good body shape, jet-black for only $98 each.

It's from Japan and about 1.5 inch fish. I also bought a black ranchu for $20 from them. It's from thai. The owner Daniel said there are no black ranchu breeder in Japan.

Did you noticed this place you went are not in the Ozeki Ranchu Club's list of "Reliable Sources of Genuine Japanese Top View Ranchus in Singapore".

Why not you enligthen us on the selection criteria of Topview Jap Ranchu ? Don't quote from the poster given by them hor.

i have two thaksin ranchu which tails are open even when swimming wor. maybe they are thaksin... that's why.
