I also thinking of how to send my fish to S'pore and who can take it out from customs.I need all the necessarry documents etc.

You can come over to Singapore with your fish by checking as a luggage and go through custom the normal way. Your water cannot exceed 3 litres per person. The other option is to see if there is anyone in Brunei capable to ship it out for you and arrange for an Importer in Singapore to recieve your fish and pay them to QT for you one week before the competition.
