are my guppy sick?

hey all,

I brought yesterday guppy fish.and part of them have big belly (include pictures). I have aquarium with filter and air pump.are they sick?

Big belly are female.

The caudal is either bitten or rotting.I would took the female out to cure the wounds befire putting back in main tank.Go buy the medicine for guppy fin rot.
