Ya, actually I quite like internal filters since they can generate both current and air bubbles in a tank. Only problem is they take up space in the tank and to clean is quite troublesome.
This model actually looks quite promising with its rainbar outlet and adjustable flow, only thing is no clue on the actual size and capacity. |

From what I read, the largest model holds 0.45L of media including the sponge. The pump output is about 500 - 600 I can't really remember. Recommended for 200L tank
