Government always like to play with numbers. I wonder what is the actual number of ppl not paying their TC charges on time. While it is necessary to have excess money, do we really need to collect until the amount becomes many millions?

if TC got millions in reserves, instead of investing and losing millions, why can't they just give rebate to the residents?

Yalor...........instead of creating new positions of Mayors which we don't know what they do.........just give us back the surplus or use it to waive off the Conservancy charges of our Poorer folks.........
