Default Pelvic fin injury

Hi. Just transfer my IT from fgt to tank and accidentally snap one of her pelvic fin. Is it advisable to cut the whole broken fin off and let it regrow or the damage is perm?

Bo tachi don't cut will grow back maintain good water management can liao.
