thanks for comments, remove the stones? hmm, they're actually very small leh.. ok let me run the water and see how much swimming space there is first before i decide to remove the stones.. ya maybe guppies.

hi bro, nice setup u've got there.. the only thing that concerns me is the fine sand..r u planning to have the interior base filled with those sands? i strongly dun recommend that especially if u wanna keep goldfish.. other than that, it looks great. i like wat u did with the exterior.

thanks bros for all comments.. decided to use the 2217 as the filter.. thinking of making a water fall from the outlet of the canister.. got any suggestion how to go about? btw here's how the canister will be connected..

why is that so.. i used those sand coz the bottom of my fgt got alot of stains.. juz to cover up..

Yes, kind of like a waterfall. But a straight vertical wall, not a lot of splashing.
