My lighting would be for 5 hours while CO2 injection would be for 3 hours at 2bps. So it would be lights on at 6pm, CO2 kick in at 7pm. CO2 off at 10pm, lights off at 11pm.

May I suggest that your co2 come on at 5pm instead of 7pm?
At 5, the co2 in the water column would have time to build up and be utilised straightaway when lights come on at 6pm. Much more efficient.
It's always better for co2 on/off to be before lights on/off.
