actually i'm not 100% if your tank maker is trying to pull a fast one on you...

from my understanding, standard size glass is up to 9ft length and 4ft width. anything more, you will have to special order. that will be really really expensive.

so, if 9x4 is the standard, the price increase should not be by wide margin as they are cutting it from the same glass sheet.

concrete not feasible... take up space... just use metal frame is good enough....

unless you have intention to build a wall like FGT concept. concrete walls with front glass...
