according to my friend, the Loy San Juan owner, he says that labour is the biggest problem .....
nowadays unable to employ M'sians ..... most of them opted to go work in IR ... As for china man, u need to employ 10 sgporeans to employ 1 china man .... he says if he can get 10 sgporeans, he no need to employ china man already ..... |

How did those stalls operated by 50-100% china force get their 90% non china men quota? Must be some loopholes somewhere?

Good observation about PRC manned stalls
I remember a Wan Tan mee stall at old airport road, after hawkers centre upgrading reopened with PRCs. |

I only buy eclairs from polar. I only bought from cmc once in my life.

Egg tarts got two types. One the skin are layered while the other type easier to make is not layered.
