Please look into my gallery under new addition. Are those consider ranchu?

No, they are not Ranchu. THese are Oranda or chinese lionhead goldfish. Check my gallery, you will know what is ranchu.

Went to Ah Pek's this afternoon, saw those big chinese ranchu, left 15 only. Personally felt they are okay only and they are kind of ex for chinese ranchu (saw better quality one and cheaper, half the price, few months back at the same place.)
Better wait for the Thai shipment coming in next month or wait for the annual year-end season large shipment of chinese ranchu from China/Hong Kong.

went to straits just down... look look see see and play play.

a blue tub placed outside with about 10-12 ranchu... i was quoted $220 each for their ranchu. after i made some comments like too little to choose from and most have 'defects'... he reduced it to $180. but still, i did not buy anything... found it too expensive for that kinda quality.

bought a couple of ranchu from Qianhu this afternoon. Listed price is $15 per fish. But can bargain. I bought 2 for $25. ANy idea which country they are from? China? HK??
