If the fish always tends to tilt 45C with head down, does it mean it is suffering from SBD ?

If it for awhile should a ok.

I actually have a small mini wavemaker inside all my tanks to make sure all these buggers moves...

From my observation, if it remains stationary, it will tilt...probably lazy to swim oso.
