Bro you use this for pond usage, refer to attach link. can treat up to 23,000 litres awesome... tablet form? If the below link is wrong could you let me know the correct med/model? http://www.aquacadabra.co.uk/images/...arazinp500.jpg Formalin (waterlife myxazin) Is for fin rot also workable? Very surprise. http://www.dogspot.in/shop/item-imag...7841175421.jpg Both work well for you to remove the strings things attach on the aros??? Regarding on Oceanfree medication. They separate the substance cause if they had already premix it during manufacturing. If you store the med for too long, substance will rest at the bottom of the bottle and harden up. When we consumer got it from the shelves no mater how hard you shake it, the substance won't be dissolve properly. This is the feedback, i got from the seller. |

When I reach home, I take a pix of both medication plus that particular fish
Btw, I used parazin P first (2 cycles),stopped for few days then myxazin (6 days course). Myxazin is the one that removes the stringy thing. But fyi, that particular fish will always exhibit this sympton. Must really really put in effort to scrub the area the fish comes into contact with (tail area, pec fins and barbels). |

i don't think this is anchor worms either.
Probably the hardest to treat. It affected one of my red previously. Used to think it is some kind of worms or flukes. Thus treatment hovered around copper, parazin, PP bombings, etc. Then as it keep coming back, I tried a new medication that also take away the aro on 2nd treatment. Now it is affecting a new aro in that tank (one aro comm). The tank & filtration system was pp bomb to the max (dark purple) before introduction of fish. I still do not discount that it is form of parasitic worms or disease that is resistance to all know medication. Like your pictures, it affect the fins, scales & even causes holes on the lateral vents. Best control treatment - a team of hundred zebrafish if the aro don't get to it first. The pack of hungry zebra will nip away the "rotting" tissues or whatever. Let me know if you find a cure. |
