9. In the event of a tie upon Auction close, the first bid with the highest bid price fulfilling all auction conditions will be the winning bid.


but after bro ttt explaination,there is some cases where by the 2nd highest bidder win the bid.

i will wait till another 10min to gather more imfor from u guys and at the same time waiting for mod to reply.by 10.50pm.i will decide who won it.
