No they are not having babies. Which one you want? I went around lfs to get them. Most commonly seens in lfs is duboisi, moliro then follow by ikola.

The photo very blurry
Are the scales poping out like spikes? If so quarantine it immediately. Dropsy disease and in the late stage

You can try to treat with salt and quarantine it if you can

Try to find out whats wrong with your tank and to prevent it in fulture
Do you do the basic like water change and cleaning?
