Default tigi breathing hard

hi my tigi is breathing hardly i not sure why, it's still eating and always at a coner breathing hard but once light off it will swim out but still breathing hardanyone can help what should i do?

Increase aeration and current for a start. Water para ok?

Everything seems to fine but the tigi suddenly become like this again. Is there any medicine to cure?
