Saw a German brand (blue cover for the bulb).... I think is around S$40 rated @ 70 Watt ... , is that good ?

Sorry to steal your thread a little chua_hs, I'm going to setup a 3ft tank (3x1.8x1.8 with 2ft sump) and still thinking to get MH or PL light ... will one 70W MH enought ? My current 3ft tank is around 28'c with air cool.. I'm not too sure how hot the MH gonna bring to my tank...

70watts MH is not supported by the aquarium bulb makers, you will have very limited range of bulbs to use.

yes, you will need a chiller or very powerful fans. The glass casing of a 150watts MH can evaporise water on contact, that is how hot the bulb operates.

Know of some cheap industrial bulb rated at 6500K. It barely blue enough for marine use (beware microalgae will thrive better here), and to most the look of it is very unappealling.
