Is it a new fish? can give more info of caused? maybe a pic of the fish can help determine a better solution. I bought some local breed discus recently and some of them developed cloudy eyes in their new tank. like any other fish I keep, it could be due to new environment, stress or water condition...etc. I usually will do daily 20-30% water change for few days and usually within a week the problem is solve. So far, this method helps all my cloudy eyes issue if due to mentioned reasons. For discus, I also put heater at 32dc to help them settle in their new tank.

What does the heater do?

In my opinion just water change will do. 30 percent is not enough.

Just change more water and if you want can add some yellow powder and salt.
