Default Suitable Chiller

Hi guys, am planning to buy a chiller for my 4ft tank. I planned to have at least 5W/gallon of light, if not 3W/gallon of lights. Which brand is less noisy and priced reasonably? Can anyone recommend a suitable capacity of the chiller too? Thanks.

I meant 3 watt/gallon of light.

But am in 4ft which had only about 75 gallon of water. Isn't 1/10 hp chiller like hs 150 good enough?

1/10 hp chiller will most likely be more suitable for a 2 feet tank, 3 feet max.
People tend to shop for 1 step higher up in the hp so that the chiller do not need to work too hard to bring down water temperature.
