ohf issue
hi how do you solve the issue of the beginning part of the rain bar not forcing enough water out to wet the media below? as mine is only 1ft..i tilted the later part slightly higher. Any other ways? thanks.

Put jap mat above the white wool. The jap mat will help spread the water.

Bro if I put jap Matt over white wool then how do I know it's time to change the wool ? Sorry 1st time using OHF. Thanks

OHF can still see from the side. Anyway, once you get the interval, subsequently just follow, say, change weekly or fortnightly.
Or if the tray clogs... |

Normally people will just leave it. If you particular, can modify the rain bar. The rain bar comes with standard hole number and spacing, you can make more holes at the beginning of rain bar. Do it with care so you don't break the plastic. One good way is to us soldering pen to burn precise holes.
