Previously depending on the office airconditioner to cool my tanks water to 24'C but over the weekends and public holidays the temp will be rised due to the aircon not switched on.
Thus the new setup is running with a chiller. Maintaining the temp at 24'C. As there's no canister connected to the chiller, DIY pre-filter is made for the setup. The Pre-Filter Connecting the 2 compartment in serial before the chiller The overall look |

The pre-filters are covered to prevent sunlight from the window penetrating into them and cause algae problem later. The pre-filters |

This is my DIY age water tank made up of a 5 gallon Distilled Water container.
PVC piping are fixed to the Distilled Water container and I use a spoilt canister body as stand. A hole is made on the canister body for the piping to extract out from it so that I can mount a tap there from drawing water. Water are pre-filtered from the tap water pre-filters connected to it. Ait stone is running in there to circulate the water throught out. An overall view of it |

It's 18 plus liter so should be more than enough for my CRS tank water change. I tested my tap water for GH and it reflect 4 drop. But after going through this prefilter, the GH drop to 3 drop.
