CS2 cant open the RAW files. so used DPP instead. RAW is definitely having much better quality than jpg.
with some minor adjustments done:

Aperture: f/4.5
Shutter Speed: 1/30 sec
ISO: 1600

Aperture: f/4.5
Shutter Speed: 1/60 sec
ISO: 1600

Aperture: f/5
Shutter Speed: 1/80 sec
ISO: 1600

Aperture: f/4.5
Shutter Speed: 1/80 sec
ISO: 1600

n finally im getting close to what i expect.

bro koji: maybe u can also try to shoot in RAW.
