Just got my 4th HiBlow 20.Have 1 existing one & 2nd/3rd purchased 2 months ago from C328 at $165/$160 respectively. 4th one purchased from Petmart at $150. All made in Japan, without the extension, which will cost $10~$20+ depending on how many outlets (4~12). Hope it helps.
