1) Rely too much on 2 useless DMs (MacFred) who basically does nothing but run and harass the opponents. Putting 2 terriers into the field can also do the job. Both are equally useless when passing the ball forward, always gives it to the opponent. 2) If wanna play 2 DMs, why put 3 forwards? 3) Why must die die also need to play the ball out from the back during goal kicks? We are always inviting the opponent to come pressure our slow-mo CBs and DMs to give away the ball unnecessarily. We have did it a few times and luckily have not resulted in a goal for the opponents yet. 4) Keep on refusing to sub players even when the team is not performing. Or does the substitution too late in the game, giving the players coming in no chance to do anything also. |

Heard Ole given extension of contract by the Board. Too soon???? Reported that the Board is frustrated with Cavani stalling his extension too, like BF. And HM asked that his "new" partner be English speaking or a British so that he can understand the English culture. What a joke!!!! Isn't this akin to racism which the English football association is trying to eradicate??? Why did the Board not call him out?? The other issue is EB. If they extend his contract, that means the Board may not be keen to get another CB. Ole has to be ruthless. I fully agree that a fully fit EB can get into the starting lineup in most of the teams today. But a for a player that played about 100 games in 4 years or 25 games a year?? Worthy to be given an extension. I would rather not but if we have no new signings maybe ok. |

Leicester put 5 past Sheffield United to move to 2nd position. We would need to be at our best to regain 2nd position against West Ham which is going to be a very difficult game with our depleted squad

Our lineup by Ole is simply not surprising to anyone.
As usual the favourite partnership of VL and HM is confirmed and SM and Fred too. And is he risking MR as the central striker? LS and WB as usual on either side of the wings. Looks an extremely defensive setup |

After our slow start, it seems West Ham thereafter was playing the "parking the bus" attitude. Hendersen not tested for the whole first half.

Wan bisakka simple passes also cannot make it and put our team in troubles afew times. I think time for Rashford to concentrate on his football rather than politics

Final score we won 1-0
Good show lads. It is great to see that our central defenders not fully tested by a pretty negative play by West Ham. Dean Hendersen did not have a save to make throughout the game. Last edited by lenghan; 15-03-2021 at 06:11 AM. |

3 points but should have scored more. Maguire played well defensively.
Moyes is never a Man Utd manager, so cautious and negative even Antonio is defending in their half. Whoever appointed him after SAF made a blunder. |
