as there are no macro mode on Note3, getting close normally can't get the camera to focus.. I did not use the zoom at all though.
so frastrating... still S2 is better with macro ...

To get clear shots with note 3, try not to zoom more than 1.5x. So it would b best when the shrimp come within a few inch from where u r taking the pic from. I point it at the shrimp and touch on screen to let it focus on it. Sometimes need to adjust a little bit, usually move back a tiny bit to get the best focus. Lastly make sure hands are still. Once u get the hang of it its not difficult. U can try n take 3/4 shots then pick d best n delete d rest.
The only setting i sometimes adjust is iso when its too bright.

Can b done bro, dun go dat close like when we use macro mode or lense, it wont b able to focus. Just far enough for it to b able to focus n make use of zoom. All those pic i posted r about 1.5x zoom. More than dat usually not dat clear. When ur used to it, its quite easy.
Im surprised dat this phone camera can get this kind of pics myself at first.
