Ranchu Sick ..

I think my ranchu kanna that floating disease .
Now always upside down floating .. Not a big issue but worse is

The bottom stomach which "upside down" now face top , theres a lot of red broken skin mark ... getting more by the day ,. how can i solve ?

If your fish can still feed, try feeding green pea. It might act like a weight to turn the goldfish right-side up. But then the back will be expose and you will still have the same problem, but on it's back.

Sorry, but I personally feel that it's very tough to save you goldfish now if it's floating so much out of the water.

I think your fish has a case of severe internal infection based on the red markings on the belly of your fish. I have no experience in SBD. Do as bro Dragonfly suggest.

I'll also double dose the first Internal Bacteria dosage to the fish. After a day, the red marks should subside a bit. Fish will be stone a bit. After 3 days, continue medication as described by the manufacturer after that.

I do have a fish with the same marking as yours, but no SBD and no belly floating. I am still treating it with commercial IB medications. May think of Vet prescribed medication if this goes on for another week.

I agree with Bro Dragonfly, I think it may be too late. Be prepared! But during this crisis, it is best time for us learn to be a better hobbyist. Try treating it!
