i use a single fan for a 4 footer. brings the temp of my tank down to 25-26Deg C even with 4 light tubes

4 footer some more! That's amazing! Your place must be quite cooling man. Very difficult to hit 25 degC especially during the current hot whether. Even during cool days last Nov and Dec, the temp of my tank only hit 26 degC.
