WTS: CRS Giving Up Hobby Sale (Equipment and Accessories)

Hi all, after much consideration, I've decided to give up my tank of 2 years as my soil is expiring in a few months and I will be going on exchange for half a year. Non-urgent sale, all are welcome to view at my place in Pasir Ris before committing. Will only sell equipment that is running after all livestock is sold.

Tank – 4 x 1 x 1.5 with 3 partitions 1 inch from bottom, 10mm glass, black oyama on back, free board and Styrofoam, bought 21/09/09
ADA II – 18kg, almost 2 years, bought 21/09/09
Iron Stand – 4 x 1 x 3, dual tier, free board and DIY cover, bought 21/09/09

EHEIM professional 2228 canister filter – comes with 1 tray of biohome + and 2 trays of eheim substrat pro (if I remember correctly), no leakage and working perfectly, no warranty - $160

Nirox pH and temperature meter – functioning perfectly, comes with box, no warranty - $55

Dymax PH600 powerhead – 600l/h, bought only to test chiller - $7

Hanna Instruments TDS meter – comes with box, no warranty - $30
API Ammonia test kit – 30% full - $3

Nutrafin African Cichlid conditioner – bought from Taiwan, not available in Singapore, used it to increase TDS (similar to mosura mineral plus but cheaper), 500ml bottle, 70% full - $12
Superbest gH powder – bought from Taiwan, not available in Singapore, used to increase gH and mineral content in water, 100ml bottle, 90% full - $8
Borneowild Barley Straw Pellets – 60% full - $5
