for CB or WC fishes, differing risks too.
for us, premiums may be (relative to fish price) too expensive to justify buying insurance cover.
anyway, some exporters do give replacements( in the next order shipment ) for DOAs.

I totally agree with you that it's not going to be worth the while if premiums is relative to fish price. Further more what we want is the piece of nice specimen that we wanted to bring in, I bet most Bros. will agree that money can't replace a dead fish. Hahaha
