The tenant is in high stress situation. He told my wife he can't breathe with the girl around him. If he dumped her, he worries she may commit suiside. If he marry her, his life may be ruined. If he remains as a friend with her, then he can forget about finding other gf as the ghost girl will disturb their relationship.
