Yes from what I've heard, it's 20%. Same as GrabCar.

I agree there are cons involved with younger drivers. Fortunately those I've met so far are friendly and decent.

An added bonus is that I can strike conversations to understand more about the thinking of the younger generations. I tend to speak more to the Uber/GrabCar drivers since it has a 'private car' setting and also I'm a bit paiseh if I just sit at the backseat and stay silent throughout the ride.
