Red Hill market sells them everyday. I spoke to the seller while I had lunch there today. There are two stores in the wet market, one with an old friendly uncle wearing specs, the other "less than friendly" younger man. The one which sells daphnia is the younger uncle. Opens till 10pm. But stocks might not last till then.
