Yes.. tat's my point. Seebay gan khor. And seebay difficult go bishan.
I stayed for a period near that area... I can tell u... it's seebay convenient to go Bishan, AMK and CCK. Actually from Jurong also not difficult.... I could take a BUS back to Punggol (even thou sit till kachng pain).
Shunfu mkt have LOADS of cheap + good food. If you got e-scooter can easily get to LTA within 15min. Got Thomson plaza nearby.. got wet mkt.. got supper joints.
