My estimate is about 40-50+ on the bulb alone. But actually the bulb isn't really required, it is just needed for stimulating vit D3(aid in calcium absorption) and basking(reduce risk parasite, bacteria growth/regulating temperature) for your mbt.
You can overcome these factors with vit supplements, a heating lamp located at your turtle dock and like always CLEAN water.
