I believe the FA has an agenda against Chelsea with the 3rd party video evident admitted as proof against Costa even tho during the game as many as
32 cameras were deployed.

Both Costa and Gabriel should have been sent off. But the kick-out at Costa wasn't worth a straight red as the FA's panel found, however, it's a yellow and, as he'd already been booked, he should have been sent off.
So Arsenal were "smart" enough to fight on technical ground that this was not a straight red that's why they won the appeal as the 3rd party video showed that altho a leg was lifted it did not had contact with Costa.

Similarly new evidence regarding the incident involving Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho and team doctor Eva Carneiro has been submitted to the Football Association by Women in Football (WiF)....again another 3rd party video.
For this he faces a possible 5-match touchline ban.

Honestly where is the level-playing field?
JM's reaction to his team doctors altho harsh (but we do not know the exact words used)was correct as their manager IMHO
True Costa should have seen red for his swinging arms, but Arsenal players are NO Angels!!!!
