The 3 common colour variants are black, grey and olive-grey. Nothing to worry much it's much like why some of us are born with fairer or darker skin.
Side note unless it's leucistic or albino then it's super rare. Hahahah
Also another pointer koi pellets and mp are very high in protein max once per week. Leafy greens or fruits are the best.
